Took ownership of the entire frontend architecture and infrastructure to make the development, deployment and maintenance of systems more performant and hasslefree.
Architected a Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layer using Next.js API Routes, aggregating multiple downstream microservices to reduce client-side computations and payload size by 30%.
Engineered a real-time conversational interface leveraging Server Sent Events (SSE) to stream LLM responses, improving perceived latency and user retention.
Established a logging and monitoring strategy using AWS Cloudwatch to track user interactions in the product in order to have zero ”unreproducible” issues.
Mentored 3 developers using peer coding sessions, technical sessions to ramp-up their onboarding, in return, accelerating company’s growth.

Contributed to the development and maintenance of a dashboard that is widely used by our customers.
Worked on setting up frontend observability within the team for the product.
Co-created a component library called RocketUI being used internally among all the teams which helped in reusing the code.
Revamped the dashboard completely which increased the user engagement by ≈20%.
Refactored the codebase to reduce the build time by ≈40%. This also increased the readability and maintainability of the codebase significantly.
Improved the app's performance by ≈40%.
Designed and implemented a platform that allows users to generate customized test capabilities for use on the LambdaTest platform. The new architecture significantly improved the developer experience and led to a substantial increase in lighthouse performance, achieving a score of 93%, compared to the previous generator’s score of 71%.
Developed a comprehensive onboarding process for new users that enhanced their product understanding and utilization. The implementation led to a significant increase in the conversion rate of free users to paid subscribers, with an improvement of ≈25%.

Implemented a solution for a client to improve their customer targeting based on location demographics.
Designed and implemented a streamlined process flow for a client, simplifying their customer service procedures and enabling efficient creation of service cases.
Introduced and implemented a CI/CD process using Github Actions which saved around 30% time of developers. This gave them more time to work on the other important aspects of the software development life cycle.
Reduced 50% code ( from 945 Lines of code to 467 Lines of code) from the Cases and SolutionItems Class by introducing a better Architecture design.
Took several technical sessions for the team.
